Terms governing the use of Pubflux services and platform interactions.
Pubflux is committed to operating transparent advertising technology and marketplace services. These terms outline how our platforms, data practices, and related service interactions are described for users, partners, and customers.
About Pubflux
Pubflux is a mobile media company specializing in mobile performance and mobile audiences. We operate as a display and performance marketing partner for publishers, advertisers, and app environments across the Indian market.
Pubflux has built in-house platforms that allow our operations teams to set up and run direct and programmatic campaigns for advertisers, and to serve those campaigns across publisher Android and iOS applications. We have also built an in-house mobile performance marketing platform that allows us to run mobile attribution campaigns across our publisher network.
Cookies
Pubflux does not place cookies to serve advertisements, as our publisher inventory is primarily in-app and does not typically support cookie-based ad delivery.
Data Collected - Ad Serving
When Pubflux delivers an ad, we may collect some or all of the information below, as provided by our publishers in an ad request:
- IP Address
- Device Identifiers
- User interaction with an ad, such as clicks or video interactions
- User Agent, generally used to identify device type
We do not collect personal information that directly identifies an individual through ad serving activity, such as name, email address, home address, or phone number.
We do provide platform access to publishers and advertisers upon request. This access is created using an email address so publishers or advertisers can log in and view campaign reporting.
The data we collect can be categorized as device identifiers and geolocation-related information. We do not create or sell segments to specifically target children under 16 years old.
Data Collected - Lead Generation
To provide advertising services you have requested, Pubflux may need business and contact information. If you use Pubflux services, you remain in control of the information you choose to share, but some service actions may require us to collect information when you advertise, set up an account, request information, or provide feedback.
The information we may collect and retain includes:
- Name, including first and last name
- Business name
- Job title
- Business address
- Product-related data
- Phone and/or mobile phone number
- Email address
- Any other information shared when contacting us
When you register for our services, we may collect your email address and mobile number for account administration and additional security. We may also use those details to confirm orders, bookings, product or service requests, and profile or account changes. From time to time, we may also use your email address or mobile number to share service updates, product changes, or other offers that may be relevant to you.
Device Identifiers (IDFA, GAID)
Pubflux uses IDFA or GAID/AAID to validate whether a requesting device ID belongs to a targeted audience list provided by audience data partners.
Device identifiers may also be used to validate attribution by combining them with system-generated identifiers such as click IDs to confirm whether the same device clicked an ad and later completed a post-click action, such as an app installation.
Data Usage
Our platform provides the following targeting and operational capabilities:
- Audience segments: We use device identifiers provided by DMP partners to match users against campaign targeting criteria.
- Geo-Targeting: We use IP address data provided by geo-database partners to support location-based ad delivery.
- Frequency capping: We use data to limit ad delivery frequency for individual users.
- Relevant Ad Delivery: We pass some data to programmatic buyers so they can deliver more relevant ads.
Data Sharing
Pubflux may need to share limited data with partners in the following cases:
- Relevant Ad Delivery: We pass some data to programmatic buyers so they can deliver relevant ads.
- Mobile Attribution: We pass some data to MMP partners to validate click data against installation data and help eliminate fraudulent clicks and installs.
The data shared in these workflows may include device identifiers and geolocation-related information. We do not create or sell segments to specifically target children under 16 years old.
GDPR & CCPA
Pubflux does not deliver advertisements in response to requests coming from countries that are part of the European Union or from California in the United States.
